DHS said ICE arrested Luis Meza-Olivera in Nashville on March 14 after a school official reported that his daughter feared he would kill her mother upon release from local custody. The statement says he has prior convictions including aggravated kidnapping, arson, aggravated assault, and DUI, and is now in removal proceedings.
