Von Spakovsky: The Latest Election Data Show—Once Again—That “Voter Suppression” Claim Is Just Propaganda
Numerous studies and turnout data from states that have improved the security of their election process through commonsense reforms have shown that making integrity a primary goal of the laws and regulations governing the election process does not “suppress” votes. In fact, it seems to increase voter confidence in elections, which in turn can help to increase turnout. As the U.S. Supreme Court said in 2008 when it found Indiana’s voter ID law to be constitutional and not to be a burden on voters, maintaining “public confidence in the integrity of the electoral process has independent significance, because it encourages citizen participation in the democratic process.”
Press Release: Where’s Helen Reddy?
“However, now, it appears that there is much confusion about what a woman is. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown-Jackson could not answer the question during her confirmation hearing. Oops, did I use the proper pronoun? ” observes Allen West, Executive Director of the American Constitutional Rights Union, in his latest OPED for TownHall.com.

Destroying the Rule of Law
“If you dislike Donald Trump that is your right to do so. However, if you dislike the rule of law that is supposed to govern these United States of America, we have a problem. The indictment of a former US President who is also a declared candidate for president is highly disconcerting, especially when one considers the nature of the so-called "charges,” observes Allen West, Executive Director of the American Constitutional Rights Union in his latest OPED for TownHall.com.

Ken Blackwell: What is Senate Bill 71 and what impact would it have on Ohio elections?
Ohio used to be one of the worst states at maintaining its voter rolls. In fact, three Ohio counties even had more people registered to vote than the total voting age population living in these counties. The U.S. Supreme Court even found voter ID to be constitutional because of bad voter rolls like seen in Ohio. This all changed when then Ohio Secretary of State John Husted, now our lieutenant governor, came into office.

AFPI Statement: Dr. Alveda King & Ambassador Ken Blackwell on Biden-Harris Speech Regarding the Freedom to Cheat Act
President Biden’s and Vice President Harris’s speech in Atlanta today was an insult to all Americans, especially those in the African American community. We were deeply involved in the wars that started and ended the Civil Rights movement in this country. The President and Vice President’s misguided insistence on the ignorant, false claim that America is somehow stuck in the 1960s is disgusting, dangerous, and an affront to all the sacrifices and great successes this country’s brave Civil Rights pioneers made.

Fraud? What Fraud? PA Election Officials Caught on Video Destroying Election Records
Nightly news anchors dutifully repeating identical mantras of “baseless claims of election fraud” is telling. Every election is rife with fraud — the only variable is how much. A lawsuit against former Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, Delaware County, the Delaware County Board of Elections, and more than a dozen individual election officials is backed by video evidence of election officials illegally destroying election records. It’s time to demand strict adherence to the most simple concept of “easy to vote, hard to cheat.” We deserve better.
