COMMITTEE IN ACTION
The Three Branches of Rule
The progressive socialist leftists are in despair as their temples of big government are being, as Senator Kim stated, dismantled. They are so desperate that they are floating the idea of shutting down the government...go right ahead. We will get an even better understanding of who and what is essential.
Dastardly Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
The President of the United States of America is the Chief Executive of the Executive Branch. So, in other words, everyone in the employment of the federal government works for the CEO of the federal government.
Mr. President, May I Drive the Bulldozer?
In 2002, I became the first (and possibly last) Director of School Choice at the U.S. Department of Education. President George W. Bush had assembled a great team of reformers who sought to empower parents and children through expansion of school choice and a reduction in bureaucratic nonsense. What did I learn in those three and a half years? The agency should be bulldozed. It is a gigantic cesspool of apparatchiks who are sucking up money that should go to the students.
It’s Time to Make Education Great Again!
As we look ahead to the future of education in America, we must ask ourselves two questions. How do we want young people in American to be educated, and how do we want them to be assessed academically?
Unmasking the Charlatans
What is best about America? The ability to pursue your dreams is based upon equality of opportunity, not equality of outcomes. Charlatans embrace the latter and, in doing so, have wrought irreparable harm upon our Country.
Tears for Fears
Does Selena Gomez shed tears when she walks the Gardens of Stone, known as our National Military Cemeteries?
An American Black Man’s Interpretation of the 14th Amendment
I seek to provide my common sense interpretation of the 14th Amendment. Needless to say, it has once again become the topic du jour in the news since the inauguration of the 47th President.
The Resurrection of the American Republic
Liberty-loving Americans flooded the ballot box on November 5, 2024. We will now have a Department of Justice that restores the rule of law. But, never forget that the last box, the cartridge box, and your access to it is enshrined in the Constitution of these United States under the Second Amendment.
Leftist Political Exile
It's time for “bombs away” on the ideological agenda of the American progressive socialist left to force them into political exile.
Why the Upcoming Deportations Will Increase American Confidence in Elections
For those of us who work in the field of election integrity, it is our primary goal to ensure that Americans can trust their elections. States are responsible for safeguarding the votes of their own citizen residents and promoting trust that the votes are counted as cast.

Democrats are threatening to remove security funding for Supreme Court
ACRU Executive Director Allen West has this to say on the issue, "The Senate Democrats do not possess the power of the purse, so any appropriations measure they propose would have to be approved by the US House of Representatives. However, this unconstitutional violation of the separation of powers assault by Senate Democrats against the Judicial branch is a clear threat to our representative democracy and its foundations. But, if the US Supreme Court needs a security force, I am more than happy to head it up!"
Insurers Flee From Woke ESG Initiatives
Zurich Insurance Group, along with Hannover Re and Munich Re, recently backed out of the Net Zero Insurance Alliance. Munich Re cited what it called the “material” legal risks it would face if it remained. All three said they’ll still pursue net zero goals, just not in coordination with an alliance.

Corporate Wokeism: How Bud Light Destroyed Its Brand Overnight
In the three weeks since beer giant Bud Light launched its partnership with transgender TikTok star Dylan Mulvaney, the company has lost more than $5 billion in value, ignited outrage from bar owners and rock stars, and even led one country music singer to change the lyrics of one of his songs. But while the Bud Light saga has marked a high point for conservatives flexing their cultural influence, the brand’s PR crisis is just one prominent example of the right turning the cancel culture tables on the left in recent months.
JB Pritzker, Jennifer Pritzker, & Synthetic Sex Identities
One of the most powerful yet unremarked-upon drivers of our current wars over definitions of gender is a concerted push by members of one of the richest families in the United States to transition Americans from a dimorphic definition of sex to the broad acceptance and propagation of synthetic sex identities (SSI).
Gulag America: Biden DOJ convicts Doug Mackey for anti-Hillary memes… faces up to 10 years in prison…
As we’ve reported earlier, this is the most important First Amendment case in the country. The Biden DOJ is attempting to codify the disinformation scam into the criminal code. Mackey’s meme conviction, for which he could face up to 10 years in prison, represents the complete breakdown of the rule of law and constitutional norms in this country—we are in uncharted territory.

Dems Hate That Republicans Like Tuberville Are Doing Their Jobs
In a rare example of a member of Congress working for the people, Republican Sen. Tommy Tuberville of Alabama is using his objection power to punish the Department of Defense for advancing the Biden administration’s abortion activism.
Georgia Legislature Must Enforce Ban on Big Tech’s Attempted Takeover of Elections
Last night Georgia’s Senate Ethics Committee agreed to S.B. 222, anti-corruption legislation which would help enforce the state’s existing ban on the private financing of local election offices by ideological groups, corporations, Big Tech companies, and possible foreign interlopers. The bill, which was prompted after the scheme resurfaced this year in DeKalb County, now goes to the Rules Committee for further consideration.
