DHS said ICE asked New York authorities not to release Bairon Posada-Herandez, a Honduran national accused of pushing two men onto New York City subway tracks on March 8. The statement says one victim, an 83-year-old Air Force veteran, remained in critical condition and that Posada-Herandez had been deported four times before.
