DHS said ICE lodged a detainer against Conrrado Ahuexoteco Atrisco, a Mexican national charged in Utah with sexually assaulting a 14-year-old Park City High School student. The statement says local reports allege he forcibly touched and assaulted the girl at a friend’s apartment after she told him to stop.
